This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website, business location or service area, trade or profession, years in business, services performed, business description, business logo, digital business card information, project photographs, testimonials, licensing or insurance information you choose to provide, membership and trade selections, account login information, communications sent to us, and download or account activity.

Membership payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other authorized payment processors. The Bid Book does not need to directly store your complete credit or debit card number when payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Payment providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.
We may use information to create and maintain accounts, process memberships and payments, provide access to purchased trade categories, provide labor-only rate schedules and downloadable PDFs, maintain digital business cards, display member-provided business information, provide customer support, communicate regarding accounts and memberships, process account or subscription requests, maintain website security, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, maintain download and transaction records, improve website performance and services, administer reviews and testimonials, operate the Torres It LLC trade network, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Certain information submitted for a Digital Business Card is intended to be publicly viewable. Depending on what the member chooses to publish, this may include business name, business logo, owner or representative name, trade or service, phone number, email address, website, location or service area, years in business, services, company slogan, business description, additional information, project photographs, and testimonials.
Members should not place information on a public business card that they do not want publicly available. Public digital business cards may also be indexed by search engines.

When appropriate, member business information may be used to evaluate or facilitate potential trade opportunities.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no website, computer system, internet transmission, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
